We may use third-party tools such as Go High Level, Meta, or Zapier in the delivery of services. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party service outages or malfunctions.

All services are provided "as is" and "as available." Ark AI Agency makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark AI Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services within the 12 months prior to the claim.
13. TERMINATION
